A few more flowers…

September 21st, 2006 by Susan Harris

Begonia3_1Okay, I lied.  Sedums aren’t the only thing blooming in my garden beAster7sides the spirea rebloom.  There’s also these hardy begonias, generic purple aster, and Japanese anemone on the way.  And Readers, can you take another shrub?  (Don’t answer that.) The Lespedeza ‘Gibralter’ is all flowered-up and doing its thing.

Is your Lespedeza in full sun? How old is it? Mine is paltry in comparison (but only a year old and in part-shade).

I just bought one of the lespedeza and I am not sure where to plant it. Anyone have some suggestions…sun, partial sun??
